    Do you use ftp a lot to update + download your site files? What FTP program do you use and why? I usually use SmartFTP but if that doesn't want to connect for me, then I'll use cpanel.

    lol what do you mean "doesnt want to connect"? SmartFTP cant connect only if your server is down - and in that case, cpanel wont work either.

    Oh, and i use Filezilla - its good enough and its free :D
