    free directory submission are a good start.
    free link exchanges aswell.
    making good content.
    settign up a myspace account and then posting bullitens to friends you add.

    yet if you want things done faster it usually costs money.

    1. Directory Submissions.
    2. Article writing and submissions.
    3. Blogging, submitting to blog directories and feed directories.
    4. Social Bookmarking.
    5. Link Exchanges.
    6. Free Classifieds Site submissions.
