I just looked up Free for All links and its sounds like something you don't want to be associated with. Just looking at it real quick it looks like there is a page where anyone can put any link they want. Why would you want your site on there and associated with that? Your link is going to be surrounded by a bunch of spammy links for viagra ans the such. Also, your link is not going to help you with SEO because the page is going to have no value whatsoever. Lastly, you won't get any traffic from it because no one will actually be going to those pages and if they do they certainly won't find your link in the sea of spam. Stick to creating quality links with quality content. This will help you with SEO and people will actually want to click your links and come back to your site.
