The font is NOT the link above, but rather Futura Light. Futura was created by American type designer Paul Renner in the late 1920's and has been popular since then. The capital letters are often used on the outside of libraries and other public buildings because architects really dig the geometric shapes. Century Modern is a re-make of Futura, but in this case I'd go for Futura. If you don't have it already (you probably won't have the Light font weight if it's not the pro version) it's really one to buy, because you'll get SO much mileage out of it. Truly one of the most versatile typefaces out there.
