Bedroom exercises. I can tone by arms, legs and ass while doing different positions. Plus I never get bored.. KP
I bike to work daily, walk at lunch and go to Kenpo karate 3 times a week. I've never worked out as hard in my life as I do in karate. In high school and college I ran track, and soccer (football for my international friends), and hit the weight room daily, but I have still never burned as badly as I did after a hard workout in karate.
Well I am big fan of Yoga since it gives me a good shape and look and I do Yoga for 1 hours in morning and feel fresh whole day.
I like my body to be like Arnold but get bored while exercising so i just prefer morning walk, i also love yoga.
For me a simple jog around the park would do plus I don't have to spend a dime for the exercise routine
