I find hill walking and long distance hikes with camping overnight the best for of stress relief. Basically get away from the city/everyday life and get back to nature and open your eyes and ear to your surroundings. it's not all concrete, cars and annoying people out there! haha
you can practise yoga and meditation to relieved the stress. or take a travelling when holiday, i love to do that
I think Kickboxing or some intense training. Any sort of intense training i think will shut you down.
Any kind of exercise will do. Just goto gym and do some extensive weight training and stress will vanish.
I have tried yoga, but I get more stressed and impatient with Yoga, running works fine for me though.
For me, I like Martial Arts, it’s about discipline, meeting awesome people, training your mind and strengthening your body. This all will vary greatly depending on what art you choose. It’s incredibly easy to start, and there are so many different arts to choose.
Yuga if you have the nerves, or jogging if you have the energy. I personaly preffer jogging it works miracles for me. After a hard and stressfull day is better even than going to the gym.
