    yoga.. not exactly a exercise in a normal sense.. but kapalbharti and aum mantra are the best stress reliever for me..

    the best which i do, i bring a hot cup of tea with a pack of cigarettes and sit alone in a green garden or on the beach looking at the sea and forget the whole world, try it and tell me ur opinion.

    Blue color and green color are extremely important for the nervous system

    relaxation is sometimes much better than sports,if you need sports for that u can try walking long distances in the nature, long walks proved its excellent for nerves especially in nature and also prevents strokes

    For me I love to go walking or jogging in the countryside with my dog. Anything that connects you back with nature relieves stress and makes you happier all round.
