    I was "robbed" in Moscow while it was still part of the USSR.

    I put robbed in quotes because it was more of a con, and a cheap life lesson if you ask me. I was trading dollars for rubles in GUM. I was conned, but even with the con still did better than the official exchange rate.

    The USSR was not a bad things.
    The lack of freedoms was a bad thing.

    The hatred for Russia now and USSR is all about influence in the world and about money. Russia has to be the apinted bad boy no matter what.

    My oppinion for the russians as people, probably the best on earth.
