What exactly is Azoogle Ads, and how does one profit from it?

Hey everyone, a friend of mine told me I should get into Azoogle Ads. Only, he forgot to tell me what they are, and how you can monetize from them.

So I'm looking for a short guide, something that tells me what exactly it is, how payments work, how you 'earn money' with them.

I'm not looking for a success story guide, nothing that will teach me how to make large amounts of money, just something with examples.
