What exactly is an "infraction"

...and how many do you need until your access is restricted?

I took a look around the forums to see where I could post my question about Wordpress... I noticed a bunch of Wordpress related posts in HTML/Web Design so I decided that would be safe. I mentioned Apache configuration in my thread and it ended up getting moved to the apache forum even though I asked if there was something I needed to change in the "Wordpress" files - as I figured that's where the problem was.

I appreciate that mods have a difficult job and probably have to weed through a large amount of garbage on a daily baiss, but this is slightly annoying and now that I look around carefully, the thread probably should have been moved to content management - if anywhere.

(PS - I realize I should just read the FAQ... but I'm just curious more on how strict "topic selection" is here)

Think of it as a pimple. It's annoying for a short while, but eventually goes away completely.
