I've seen this on several adult forums (and since I'm a newbi adult webmaster) I have no idea what it means. It seems like there is trading and there is buying.
pretty much same as link exchange. you place a hard link (link with anchor text) on your site and your link partner do the same
It's similar to usual reciprocal link exchange. Hard link trade, however, is done with adult sites and blogs.

Reciprocal link exchange is a hard exchange. One person places a static link on their site in exchange for one on someone else's.
