I was considering purchasing VbSEO but I'm not too sure if it's worth the money. At the price you're paying for Vbulletin, you would think this would come with their software for free.
Well if it's a profitable site it isn't a huge amount of money to invest if it will get you extra traffic. I bought VBSEO + it didn't make the traffic to my forum go crazy like you are lead to believe but some of the threads are showing up for relevent keywords. Unfortunately it only seems to be happening for 3/4 keyword combinations + this may well have happened without VBSEO. In summary: I've had VBSEO up for 6 months+ (probably closer to a year now) and it certainly hasn't changed my life like the ppl who have posted testimonials on their site. Its probably has been of some benefit but it's hard to tell/notice, my forum is still a very small source of traffic to my site despite being active and linked to.
