What exactly does "Unlimited domain/website hosting" mean?

I have a couple of domains in my godaddy hosting account. I've hosted some of them with the economy plan which is very limited but comes free with each domain. Last week I purchased the godaddy deluxe hosting plan. It is supposed to come with "Unlimited Web sites".

However, I'm unable to upgrade my other domains to this deluxe plan except for the first one. I've searched all over the 'net for an answer to this but all I get are more sales pages. The only other option that I have is to add a subdomain to the main domain. Is this what multiple hosting means? Do I need to buy a hosting plan for every domain?

There must be something in your control panel that says "addon domains" or "add a domain"

Probably have to change the nameserver. Google It.

In CPanel, it should list the domains available , something like domains 0/5 or 0/*. If it lists 0/0 , it means you don't have any. And the "add on domains" should be listed under Domains in the Control Panel. If the domains are registered at godaddy.com, the nameservers shouldn't have to be updated. Might email their support for verification.

Thanks for all the responses. However I think this has to do with cpanel (although personally I think godaddy's fancy looking cpanel stinks ), or dns settings.
Ok, I think I found something that might actually work. This a godaddy faq page titled 'Uploading files to a secondary domain'.
According to this solution I need to create a new directory in the root and name it like this "/anotherdomain."
I did this and uploaded files however, anotherdomain.com still shows a godaddy parked page instead of the site that I've uploaded.
Does anyone know how to overcome this?

I dont know about godaddys setup, cPanel has a feature called "Add On Domains" which does what you said. Creates a folder under your main domains /www folder (/newdomain.com) but the process is transparent.
Here's a link to what they describe:
    http://help.godaddy.com/article.php?article_id=1063&topic_id=165

It references the article you mentioned as being the precursor step.
