    Ethical link building means link building which is based on white hat techniques such as directory submission, article submission, forum posting with out spamming, social bookmarking, etc....

    Internal links should be strong intitially...Then look for quality backlinks..Less bounce rate is another fact..

    You don't need PR to rank well really. I found that out, I got to 1 with just a 0. I still have only a 0 and am doing well and making progress. Only worry abuot the actual rank not PR.

    it's the sad truth. non-spam backlinks work for PR however as i understand it PR has very little to do with organic search results than you may think.

    I think you know by now that link-building is key :)

    But CONTENT is king!! Your link juice can boost PR but Google loves fresh, original, relevant content updated often.

    And good enough content (linkbait!) can net you backlinks without you doing any actual "building"
