Keywords are words related to the niche of your blog. If it's about used cars, you keywords might be used car repair, used cars for sale, used car auctions, etc. When people search for topics in your niche - used cars, for example - your keywords are a part of what makes the search engines direct traffic to your site. Content is what makes up the blog itself - the entries, the written material, etc. Article is self-explanatory - a type/form OF content. I've never heard of a 'content article'.
