Since there is a box for a picture in each post I would make sure each post has a picture. It kind of looks bad without them.

The 'Click here to advertiser this spot' is not linked to anything. Either remove them or link them to the advertising instructions. I suggest placing a couple banners on them and only have one "open" spot at a time.

Remove the usual Blogroll links unless you really want them, and the 'Admin' sidebar widget... I would take it off.
