What else can I use with Adsense?

I have applied for Adsense and have already put up some adbrite ads. Are there any other CPC, CPM, pop-up/under, banner ads, etc. services that I can use without Google and everyone else getting upset. I am very new to all of this but this seems like the right place to ask. Thanks in advance for your help.

That page is basically asking people to click the links. That is against their ToS.

First, you can use any non-contextual based advertising with AdSense - do a search in this and other forums and you'll find lots of options. Second, I agree with Deadmoon - your website SCREAMS "please click on my ads!", which is a guaranteed recipe for being banned and having your account closed. I'd make some changes ASAP - like adding some content, and deleting anything that encourages visitors to click on your ads.

Don't even bother putting AdSense on that site, Google frowns upon begging for clicks.

 

Thanks for the advice. Google rejected the site, but that comes as no surprise. I made a point not to explicity ask visitors to click the links, just insinuated that point. AdEngage and AdBrite haven't seemed to have any issues with the content. Any other services that might feel the same way?

Hi Ed,

You may want to take a look at Allfeeds - they have many programs similar to AdSense, and I don't believe there's anything in their ToS against encouraging visitors to click on ads. I've been an affiliate publisher since December 2005, and have had good results with their programs. You can click on the link in my signature if you'd like more information.

Also, just a quick comment on your site: While there's no law against appealing to the charitable nature of other people, providing charity is usually only "appealing" when helping people who can't help themselves. Your site is basically asking others to help you accomplish your goal, but you offer nothing in return. I'd suggest providing something of value to your visitors, and I think you'll obtain much better results. Just my two cents...

I agree. You seem very creative, so why not refine your idea and come up with a better format for your site? You have a good idea, just work on it...

 

This is hilarious, you guys say its against the TOS. On his site he says:

 

any thing but not on the same pages.

They are very similar to Adsense, and seem to be more tolerant on websites
(they need publishers !!)
