What effect does coming out of the sandbox have on traffic?

    What can you expect when you come out of the sandbox. What kind of a jump in traffic have you experienced after getting out of the sandbox?

    different keywords give different trafic ....now i'm N1 in google with keywords
    30 000 /montly but have 140 - 200 uni clicks
