What eCommerce / shopping cart platform do you recommend?

    What eCommerce / shopping cart platform do you all recommend?



    I've heard great stuff about Magento but I know that there are a lot of other options.

    Magento is good but not the best.. I will prefer to use OsCommerce, VirtueMart, Prestashop. I am mostly using these 4 scripts for my clients and developed more than 100 online stores.. never get a complaint for any of them.. So choose any 1 and go ahead :) Good Luck

    yes i also suggest OsCommerce you can see an online demo of my store and its template(still not fully completed) at http://www.clarkeonlinesales.com

    but you can get some great templates from http://templatemonster.com for them or get a custom made one from some of the great designers on here :)
