I've used osCommerce and its ok. But CreLoaded is much, much better. CreLoaded is based on osCommerce, but with all the best of the best add-ins pre-installed. What can make osCommerce and CreLoaded really stand out as a top of the range products are two things: Templates and Optional add-ins.
If you want to use open source, my vote is for Magento. It can be made to do pretty much anything and it is very flexible, however there is a bit of a learning curve
Well now a days, Magento is going great and also Magento allow paypal integration and Magento is a Search engine optimization Friendly all others are also good but Magento is going great in E-Commerce. Magento Modules | Magento Themes
bigcommerce is the best. i've been with oscommerce, magento, shopify, magentoGo, volusion, opencart, and even prestashop. zencart is a variation of oscommerce. I would rule everything out, if your not going to go with BigCommerce, go with Magento (but theres enormous costs that most newbies don't realize) trust me, i've experienced it. I do offer ecommerce services, but PM for more details, I'm not trying to sell you anything, I just want to give you a advice that no one gave me
hai. i have a suggestion for u. i have heard that nichesuite e commerce is a flexible ecommerce solutions offered by nichepro company. one of my friends has purchased few goods to sell online and he has selected this cart for online selling. he says its very easy to organize data and provide proper services to the sellers. he also said that it runs on java platform so its very neat and flexible. so why dont you try this cart for your goods. all the best
Interspire Shopping Cart Service Pack version is the best and easiest to use of them all. The service pack will blow your mind how easy to use. For more information about the service pack, just visit http://www.iscexperts.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=11 Magento is good as well but very expensive, trust me. I'm using it to a lot of our clients but in the end it cost them so much and I offered the service pack version and they love it.
Magento is good to start but do consider future cost if you have to move to their Enterprise version. Make sure you understand correctly the difference in community and enterprise version, and what type of usage each version allows.
You should try the service pack version of Interspire. Its the best ever. To try the demo site and to download, pls visit http://www.iscexperts.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=11 alternative, try oscommerce or creloaded.
