What domain is better to advertise in USA. ".co.cc" or ".com.py" (from latin america)

    Hello, i can register free a domain ".com.py." And my question is the following
    which of the two domains is better for Adwords in order to advertise in USA. Is to do a simple adwords test. Thanks
