What does transfering large files use (beside bandwidth)?

I was wondering what it costs to transfer lots of files that are about 4-5 megabytes. I want to host all the flash games for my sites on one server to even out the load on my sites.

So in order of the most used resource for transferring files, what is used? Also, please rate 1-10 -- 10 being used a lot and 0 being not effected at all what-so-ever.

Example:
1. Bandwidth 10 (I know this much)
2. Memory #?
3. CPU #?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

if u are going to give right links to download (without any php scripts, which close real link/url - as on file hosting sites - like rapidshare, etc) memory use will be minimal.
