what does this mean???

    hi guys,

    ealier on i saw my websites down,so i contacted the support team and this is what they said to me

    "On your shared hosting server a user created a script that consumed all resources, and caused an outage.
    We have now identified, and suspended this users account.
    We appologies for the outage, and are looking at solutions to automate this process"

    What do they mean?What happend?

    Just that someone else on your shared hosting server, basically, brought the server down. They ruined it for everyone.
