What does this mean? No following at all? Or does it mean nothing at all?

 

it means to allow all robots complete access

 

means all robots are instructed to not index any of your pages (indicated by "/").

I believe

Means there is no disallow and the robots can crawl the site.

 

I cant find any document to support my point of view. It is better you try it out yourself and find out.

hey man...why not just type robot.txt in Google?
you'll obtain TONS of infos
