What does this mean? ordered 11 shipped 13

I thought I understood only when the shipped value is less and the ordered is more. IN that case it shows up after some days. But here I just couldn't get it. How can it be 11 ordered and 13 shipped?

 

I've only seen that before when there were unshipped orders at the end of the month. Not sure why else that would happen. Have you asked on the forum or contacted support?

I think there is some mistakes due to which it is written wrongly to you. It cannot happen if someone ordered 11 and store shipped 13. Another possibility would be this, may be 11 ordered by you and 2 ordered by someone else in your region due to which aggregated value is shown in the shipment list.

 

i think its just error system

 

Could be an order from months ago that's getting shipped only now.

Or there's error with Amazon's accounting. They said they had some problems with inflated earnings for July 2013.
