What Does This Mean In PayPal?

In my PayPal it shows me what funds I have in DS dollars and British pounds but then it says "Current Total In GBP" which is different from the amount in the first box that says "British Pounds".

    Currency Balance
    British Pound (Primary): £xxx GBP
    US Dollars: $xxx USD
Current Total in GBP: £xxx GBP

    Anyone know about this?

The primary currency that you choose while opening your account was GBP. Some sent you money in USD which you haven't converted to GBP yet. So, it shows you the amount in USD and GBP separately.

I hope that clears your doubts.

Oh right I see, do I just have to wait for the money to be available in my "Current Total In GBP" or do I need to do something to convert it?

    Thanks for your help!

I would leave both currencies. If you have to pay anything in $ you won´t have to pay conversion fees again from GBP to $. If you have to pay anything from your account balance in GBP and you don´t have enough GBP the rest will automaticly be taken from the $-balance.

    regards
