In my keywords I have some notations that say things like this -

    Below first page bid
    First page bid estimate: $0.20

Does this mean I need to bid a min. of .20 to appear on the first page per click?

Yeah,if you want to be shown on the first page,I'm afraid you should have to do this. You will definitely benefit
from an ideal rank.So try to pay more attention to your rank.Good luck.

Well that makes sense. I utilized the keyword tool for my url and all pages connected to it... got tons of keywords but only a handful where I am actually advertising right now at my paltry price... but hey I am up and running and somewhat relevant to what they gave me:D Still lots to learn. Also kept the list provided with particular price-points and what I'm willng to pay. Seems pretty informative.
