What does this mean "Can Not Parse Page" ?

    So I've been using this program called "Top Pages Downloader" which is freeware. It simply downloads the top 10 search results for offline viewing.
    It worked fine for about acouple days, now every time I use it, it gives me a message "Can not parse page".

    any suggestions on how to fix this? Is it my computer or the programs fault?

    Parsing simply refers to breaking up the page into it's elements.
    It's most likely a problem with TPD... It cannot understand the webpages pages from that particular website.
