What does this mean and is it hard to get in?

    Hey guys i was just checking my back links at
    www.checkpagerank.net and i found that my website is listed in the Yahoo Directory, this struck me as being odd as it had never been listed before.

    What does this mean, and is it hard to be submitted in there?
