Besides content what else does this blog need? I have adsense enabled so between every post there will be adsense. Plus I have serveral links to affiliates. What else should I add to it?

Content will be coming soon I just wanted to make sure the design was done before I started posting.

Right now, just content. You can add many things (widgets) later.

I personally think you should buy a domain name for yourself! This is just my opinion but if this is what you want it is what you get! The blog is black and very dark which some people like some people don't like. I would personally go for a different theme seeing your target market is all athlete and not satin worshipers! Maybe get more pictures of some athletic product make it feel more Gym orientated so you can appeal to your specific target market more. The only thing that says fitness to me about your blog is the name.

Best of luck and never give up :)

Too dark in my opinion. The adsense ads are hard to see so don't expect any clicks. Perhaps a bit lighter design?

For affiliate links, you can casually add them to your post's content. For example, if your post has something like "Getting in shape is important if you want to stay healthy". You can make "Getting in shape" an url link pointing to your affiliate's website. However, don't overdo it.

Another way is to make a link section titled something like "Great materials for staying healthy." And add the links to your affiliates.

    Its just my opinion though.

ps: I like your logo though, its pretty good looking, if a bit too dark.

I agree with the blog being too dark. You should go for a lighter template. Also, do add images when you add content to the blog.

I think it looks great. Like other posts here, I'm not normally keen on black backgrounds. However, your's looks slick, and the ads are easily readable. The content is what you should concentrate on now. Good luck!

WOW!!! I followed your threads regarding starting a blog, etc. This is a helluva first go. I wish my first blog had looked this good. Nice job! I like the dark template, but I'm all for easy on the eyes. I love the green, and well, the whole thing looks great.

I would be more than happy to share my widget knowledge with you if you see any that you like on my blog. The link's in my sig.

Get yourself a domain name...they are cheap, and you simply forward the domain to your blogspot. I use Yahoo!, but they are not the cheapest. My domains have all cost me 10 bucks a year. Not bad...you can pay for that with advertising, or whatever. Best of luck!!!
