    It means how prominent keywords are within a web page; Like: in meta, title and placed in paragraph of web page.

    It refers to the placement of keywords within a page and in other words you can also say it as the keyword through which you are going to get popular.

    Basically the term keyword prominence means how prominently the keyword is featured in an element.
    The closer it is to the beginning of a title, a meta tag, etc. the more prominent it is.

    no it Is not refers to the fact that the importance of choosing high traffic keywords leads to the best return on investment rather than it refers to the fact that the keywords placed in important parts of a webpage are given priority by the search engines.
