what does the paypal balance at the top right mean?

    Hi there, I am not an expert in this forum. I noticed that there is a mark at the top right of this forum says (PayPal: 155.87 USD). what does that mean to me? is it a profit or what? If yes, how can I transfer it to my paypal. see the image below for more info. thanks indeed.

    • You can receive payments and process refunds when selling something in the marketplace.
    • You can receive feedback as a seller and give buyers feedback.
    • You can view transaction details for your Instant Pay transactions.
    • You can send & receive payments when utilizing Digital Point Ads.
    • You can earn affiliate/referral income when directing buyers to items they buy.
