What does the + mean in PR4+

    Please forgive me for being naive, but what does it mean when people post that they want to trade links with a PR certain number and then put the + sign there, i assume it means pr4 or better, but just wanted to make sure

    Yes, it does mean better/higher :) As in PR5, PR6, PR7 & so on.
