What does SFMS mean?

I want to withdraw money from my Paypal account to my bank. I just checked my bank's IFRS number on this site, and the bank (Canara Bank) is supported by Paypal's withdrawal facility.

But the SFMS Enabled column against the branch says "NO."

What does that mean, and can I withdraw money anyway? Like I said Canara Bank is supported by Paypal. Please don't tell me to ask my bank, they're completely useless about such matters.

Did you click the 'SFMS' on the side of the site you provided ? ie http://www.idrbt.ac.in/infinet/sfms.html .

This does not seems like a feature which you need to enable Paypal withdrawal, it looks more like a feature you might like to have if you are doing domestic funds transfer.

You're right. It does seem like SFMS has nothing to do with paypal transfers. I guess I'll just try withdrawing a small amount and see how it goes. Thanks!:)
