What does "NO MORE POST TO SHOW" mean in facebook?

What does it mean when i go on someone's facebook wall and it says there are no more posts to show?

I've searched for this but I can't find a satisfying answer. Has anyone here ever experience this?

 

It means there are no more posts to show, I'm a bit confused about which part of this sentence you are not understanding

 

My thing is... did that person hide me in his newsfeed because when i go to his profile page, there is nothing in there it only says "no more posts to show". comparing it to my other friends which i can view their post when I go to their profile page.

 

You need to be friend with that person. Because he might apply privacy settings to wall posts. That are showing only to friends.

Sounds like your friend doesnt have any facebook activity

 

Either your friend is not regular on facebook or he/she has not posted anything on their wall for a long time. If you come up the same issue on a fan page, that means that was the time when the fan page was started. Sometimes people use the option of not showing their wall to certain friends, so this message can show up to the ones which are restricted from the wall posting.

 

So, I guess he restricts me to his wall, thats' why I can't see his recent activities. sad

 

Yes, or maybe the person has done it for all the friends in his/her list, and not just you
There are options to do it for all the friends in one go OR just put the names of the friends you dont want to share all your personal details.

 

You're right maybe he have reasons for this, better ask him.

 

I'm having the same problem and I'm pretty sure they haven't blocked me/hidden their wall from me as it's my own father!! Unless he's trying to tell me something *very* subtly!!

Privacy settings controls can be found on Facebook:
goto account > privacy settings > Customize settings

You can enter the names of specific people you wish NOT to see your info if desired by selecting <Custom> from the drop list next to each. A text field will appear for you to type in the names of those individuals.

By this, you can specify certain people or certain friend groups with certain privileges - from not being able to see your wall to photos, etc.

Regarding fathers and other loved one's blocking certain views - It's possible there's simply some things they don't want shared with all. While it's no fun being on the outside at times, their choice may also protect you from things they don't believe you'd approve or it may be just a desire for more privacy from specific individuals.
