What does mean by % of new visits in keyword traffic source

Hi all
i wana ask what does mean by %age of new visits in keyword traffic sources in google analytics?
e.g.
GA is showing
88% of keyword 'cheap property'
65% 'rental property'
77% so on
of my website.

what does mean by %age of new visits

That means 88% of people who came in on 'cheap property' were visitors who've never been to your site in the selected date range.

88% are new visits who have used that particular keyword.
