Hi i just checked one of my newely purchased domain names link popularity using checkpagerank.net and it came up that the domain was page rank 3 which i new but also said that it had 39,000 links. It said the link popularity for the website was 39,000 Now i was wondering if the link popularity of a website affects its page rank or popularity in search engines. Also if the link popularity is related to the backlinks of a website Will.
Link popularity is just that no matter what search engine shows a list of your backlinks. Link popularity is a general term like "websites". Pagerank is a whole different ballgame.
