    Well the blog in you sig is about TV series, and the list of related blogs are about...TV series. So, yes it's a huge mystery, isn't it.

    If the blog is posted on related blog does it mean that the blog is consider as authority?

    Not necessarily an authority blog. The user is searching for tv series. The relevance of your blog is high related to that keyword, so your blog is shown as a related blog in the blogsearch results.
