The thing that people should be doing is actually buying signature links which is also a common practice. Even if forum linking like that is still viable it only takes a wave of the hand by Google - or the forum software developers -and all such links can be counted worthless. That day is almost certain to come if it hasn't already.
Well I think G like sig links.. I use them all the time on my forum postings here on DP and else where and the spiders always pick up any thing new in a jiffy
yes i think its best. currently abode forum has PR9. you could get some %age of PR. but problem is they don't allow signature like other do follow forums. do you have any experience with it??
Yep, Dofollow sig links count as backlinks so they won't hurt for sure. Moreover, signature links have proven to help sites get indexed faster.
Dude, This page has more than 20 links. So google juice goes to all the links giving no significant weight-age to any of them.
