    share of off-page in the successful SEO campaign is around 90%. getting paid links is different thing. it leads to illegitimate practice thereby increasing the worth of a worthless website in SERPs.

    I think Google pays a great deal of attention to Off-page SEO, but ofcourse the amount of attention it pays is never revealed
