what does google mean by this?

hi thanks for taking time out of your day to read my question. I never used google webmater tool before. So i entered my website and up came this info i was wondering can anyone tell me what it means. i think i know but like i said never used this software before.

it means that google crawled your site on September 8, the query means the position for they keywords on the left (rank)

 

But i wanna know one thing extra that is what it is mean by % here?

 

so they said position 6 is that good or bad?

 

That's right. 6th position is not very to achieve. My site is still at 14th.

 

so how does it work does it go from 1 good and 20 bad or 20 goood and 1 bad?

 

But the keyword is very bad and rare

 

so what should i target for keywordes
