On Google Search Console it is now coming up with this…... Crawled - currently not indexed Status: Excluded https://www.railwayphotos.co.uk/railway-photo-or-art/feed/ https://www.railwayphotos.co.uk/search/{search_term_string}/feed/rss2/ https://www.railwayphotos.co.uk/how-to-photograph-steam-trains/feed/ https://www.railwayphotos.co.uk/comments/feed/ https://www.railwayphotos.co.uk/feed/ https://www.railwayphotos.co.uk/railway-photography-is-more-than-just-trains/feed/ I have not used the word feed.
RSS Feed: "RSS is a web feed that allows users and applications to access updates to websites in a standardized, computer-readable format. These feeds can, for example, allow a user to keep track of many different websites in a single news aggregator.". It sounds like you may have an auto RSS Feed type of script setup if you didn't do these yourself.
RSS feeds are for people who like short excerpts from their site on less capable devices or on more capable alerting software. There is nothing wrong with having them -- they're a good thing -- but they SHOULD be excluded from indexing and all crazy Goog is telling you there is that it's behaving itself and ignoring them. That's not wrong, that's the proper behavior. Even for the steaming train wreck laundry list of how NOT to build a website that is turdpress.
