Hello, I signed up for an affiliate network and there are many offers to choose from. There is one thing I don't really understand: it says I need 4% conversion rate from lead to sale. What exactly does that mean? I know kind of what it means, but just wanted someone to confirm it for me. I think it means that of all the leads I get I need at least 4% of them to buy the product to get paid. For example if I get 50 leads I need at least 2 of them to buy the product so I'm eligible for a payment. Is that right? Thank you.
Yes. I remember long time ago I was working on adult friend finder affiliate program,I was paid for sign ups 1$ or so but I didnt read a small letters rule 1 in 25 need to become a premium member so instead of 100$ they recalculated my earnings to 2$ or such.. lol That was one of my first lessons in internet marketing
