It is telling you that there are files missing buddy. I'm guessing you are trying to install a plugin? Make sure the plugin zip file you uploaded does not contain an additional folder. Oftern, when you download a plugin or theme, they are packaged twice for rar or zip format for easy uploading. If your plugin is pluginA, look in the pluginA zip folder and make sure there is not another zip or folder. Once you look in the zip folder, the files to the plugin should be displayed, not another folder.
