What does $BlogBacklinkURL$ in Blogger do?

    I have it in some Linking URL strings (that I can't find)

    Such as
    http://www.seobrien.com/2006/07/$BlogBacklinkURL$

    They are 404 pages

    Clearly the link shouldn't exist and the script isn't working
