Black hat is usually a method to get for example higher search rankings in an unethical manner. Eventually the search engines will find you out and you will get kicked out. Grey hat is similar, but not quite so deceptive.
Black hat, like red hat and white hat is your marketing appearance. If you show up at a Internet Marketing conference with a black hat, it means your a black hat marketer. Black hats... Hat is just a term for...dunno Are always more depressed. White and Red hats are... more exited about what they do and get better sex, and are just friendlier around other people. Black hat is when you partake in unethical ways to promote your blog/website. For example participating in link farms and so on. Grey hat is bad but not as bad as black hat methods. The problem is that there's a fine line between these methods, honest seo methods get mistaken for Blackhat methods a lot of the times.

Blackhat is quick simple and probaly teh lazy mans way Whitehat is safe long term and takes time but SE's will love you Greyhat is simply in between, so you use techniques from both sides. In my eyes though greyhat enters more white then black. (not porn related there) lol
You can use social bookmarking site such as stumble upon and digg. I'm sure after you submit it to both site,your site will received at least 1000 visitor within 24 hour
Really? Why didn't I get such result? Btw I didn't submit my landing page URL coz I've been told that people love to bookmark content, so I submitted URLs of my blog and blog posts.

Black Hat means using non ethical tactics. Hiding force continuity would an example. I wouldn't go that route. Maybe it even could give You good results but usually those are short term and I like to sleep well at night !
i've barely gotten 1000 visitors from stumbleupon in months and i have plenty of pages bookmarked there.
