It depends how the traffic arrives and over what time period. If they all arive at once it will tie up server resources so if you get a lot of people on your site at once your server could grind to a halt but typically people won't stay long if they don't have an interest. Quality traffic means you make best use of your resources rather than serving people who aren't interested.
if you 've google addsence on your site, it will be banned, because of so un balanced traffic, may be it happend, because it happens with me.
