What does a PPC Marketing Plan Look Like?

I tried the question "what constitutes a PPC Marketing Plan" in the general forum . It was suggested I try the question here. Does anyone have a sample PPC marketing plan they can share? What are the parts of a Marketing Plan? Can anyone post some high level bullets sharing the pieces of a good marketing plan? Being new at this I want to get a good foundation. I appreciate any help.
