What do you usually do to relieve stress? For me, I found playing basketball and reading some poems are really helpful.
Talking to friends and getting different perspectives helps. I also write in my journal to sort things out in my mind.
Depends on what is causing the stress. Generally, I like to do something to fix or adjust whatever is causing me the stress in the hopes that it prevents a future occurrence. Even if it is just a baby step in the right direction, it tends to make me feel better.
Read my bible, go running, walking. Being out in the sun and nature and water is also really relaxing
Go for a walk in the park, watch turtles and fishes in the pond, eating ice cream, and playing games.
I make myself happy . power fingers. But I watch big bang theory when im really stressed out and read whatever i can find online
I usually open the gallery in my phone, go to family album and watch some videos about my little cute daughter. It never fails to make me smile. I even smile when I remember how happy she was when we were playing together. life is full of happiness just by looking at her.
Sleep or at the very least take a nap if I can. Not only do I feel physically better, but I can also think much clearer afterwards and I'm in a more positive mood.
My solutions for relieving stress: hot bath, sex, sport, reading, sleeping But best way to relieve stress is try not to be stressed
I can't believe no one has said meditation! It's such a cliche answer, but it really does help. Weightlifting, playing with my dog/going on a walk with her, watching quirky tv shows (such as The Good Place or Parks and Rec), hanging out with friends, or listening to music and drawing/painting are some other things I like to do as well .
I just listen to some G herbo. But then again, I cant remember the last time I was stressed out. Its been years!
