What do you use to embed video on your site

    what program do you use to turn mp4 to .swf with control functions?

    I could really use something good and maybe free if possible?

    I think that you need convert MP4 file to FLV and use SWF file as player.

    You can download VideoCharge Studio and try create simple HTML template, which shows as use FLV and SWF to view video in Internet.

    What kind of content management system are you using? Or is this a static html/php page?

    Personally, I post my videos on sites like youtube, and then use the embed code they provide.

    You could use the demo for Flash but that will be limited time use otherwise there are many sites that host videos.

    You can convert your mp4 to flv and make a web-based FLV player with control bar to stream the resulting FLV on web page.

    If you don't have Flash tool, you can check Moyea Web Player ( http://www.playerdiy.com/ ), which is an easy solution to create custom Flash video player with control bar and playlist for website.

    I am using wordpress

    dream party that is what I am looking for, thank you. But I would need something that is free. That last link does not give freeware does it? It says 50 bucks

    Youtube is an option that I will go with if I don't get anything else, but I'd rather be independant of youtube...

    Thank you all for help! Do you know anything like program that dream party gave me but that is free?
